This line gives the key that will be used for SDES in case SDES is chosen as the encryption algorithm. As described in a previous webrtcHacks post, DTLS-SRTP is mandatory in WebRTC but SDES will still be supported in Chrome during a transition period. SDES is not supported by Firefox so this line won’t appear in SDPs generated by that browser.
